Educational consultants providing financial and senior management to schools, academies and sixth form colleges so they can concentrate on what they do best.

The Challenge:
The client had a stand at a business show and wanted an easy way to gather email addresses to follow up and secure consultations.

The Solution:

I created a branded template within Mailchimp to be used on the client's tablet for collecting the details of interested business show attendees. On entering their details, they would immediately receive a brochure giving more detail on cloud accounting.
I set up the automation within Mailchimp using a brochure the client already had as a lead magnet. All subscribers were then automatically entered into a specific 'BUSINESS SHOW' segment within the Mailchimp platform.

I followed this up with two further automated emails asking if the attendee had any questions about the brochure and inviting them to book a free consultation to discuss in more depth.
